A seven-step self-help course includes an introduction to techniques which could be useful for decreasing depression, managing anxiety, and reducing perfectionism. This website may be able to help you take the first steps toward understanding and coping with the emotional and physical symptoms you are experiencing. Complete a self-guided assessment that can help you determine whether what you’re experiencing may be depression, so that you can discuss your concerns with your healthcare provider.
